We leave for school normally about 20 to 9...So This morning at 8.20am,I suddenly nearly had a Fit when I realised my Son was meant to take a Morning tea Plate to School to share!!!!!!
Oh No!...I often have a Frozen cake or muffins I have made but today...Nope!
But Fear not,even with only one coffee of the day under my belt,
we got this whipped up
'Giant Freckles!!!!"(and were out the door just 5 mins later than usual)
We made about 20 of these in 5mins flat and another 10 mins whilst they cooled and set in the freezer.

You're doing so well - that's one thing I love about home schooling - there isn't that crazy morning rush (or for that matter required plates of morning tea for the day).
Love the big freckles - we made some at the Junee licorice & chocolate factory & that was so much fun! I haven't made them at home - not because I can't, but because I don't want the kids to know that we can because they would want them regularly!

They look delicious! My mum used to buy these for us as treats on our way home from school some days. I have always wanted to make them but never got around to it.
